I accidentally booked an appointment with you instead of my normal stylist in another state. Can I get my Cancellation/No-Show fee refunded?
No. My location is on all socials and my booking site. You were told to read the Policies before booking an appointment and have been given plenty of opportunities to figure it out.

Do I need a mask?
No, but please don't come in sick. Covid or not. It's gross.
Do you do kids cuts?
No. Hair services are intended for people ages 13 and up. Any chemical service performed on a person between the ages of 13 to 17 will require parental consent.
Do you do mens cuts?
Yes! We welcome all genders and non-binary friends. Clipper Cuts are those that are performed at least 50% with a clippers for an overall short cut, regardless of gender. Haircuts are cut primarily with shears.
What services do you do?
Cuts, color, treatments, extensions. You can check out our full lists of services and prices under the Services tab.
Can I bring a friend?
Only if they are getting a service as well. Or if you are a minor and bringing a parent/guardian with you.
Can I bring my child while I’m getting my hair done?
No. We don’t babysit.
Can I bring my own hair products for you to use on my hair?
No.
Can you tell me what products to get at the grocery store to do my hair myself?
No. We will always recommend professionals do your hair. However, we can recommend what types of at home care products you would need. Unfortunately, that is the best answer we can give as we have no product knowledge of grocery store brands.
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are always preferred. Plus, it guarantees you will be serviced.
How can I pay for my services?
We accept cash and all major credit cards. If you choose to use a credit card, there will be a 2.5% processing fee.
I’ve been coloring my hair with box color black for years. Can you make me blonde in an hour for under $200 bucks?
No.
Can you guarantee my hair will look exactly like the picture I bring into you?
No, we can’t. Everyone’s hair chemical history and biology are different. It’s always wise to expect slight variations and consider the photo as inspiration. Lighting, screens, printers and even photoshop can all influence colors that we see. A good consultation is always key as you can let us know what you want and we can keep your expectations within reality.
