Appointment Policies

Late Policy

Tardiness over 15 minutes may result in having to reschedule services. If no contact has been made within 15 minutes, your appointment will be considered a ‘No-Show’ and your card will be charged accordingly.

Cancel/Reschedule Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment we require a 24-hour notice. Any cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of total service(s).

Any cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours due to inclement weather do not apply.

No-Show Policy

If no contact has been made by 15 minutes into your scheduled service, the appointment will be considered a ‘No-Show’ and you will be charged 50% of scheduled services. No exceptions.

Minor & Guest Policies

Minors

No children under the age of 13 are permitted in the salon at any time.

 

Any minor from the age of 13 to 17 receiving any chemical service will require consent from a parent or legal guardian. Identification will be required in person from both the minor and consenting adult.

 

Guests

Only persons receiving services will be permitted in the salon at any given time.

 

No person receiving service(s) will be permitted to bring a guest with unless the person receiving the service is a minor and the guest with them is their parent or legal guardian.

Refund/Re-Do Policies

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 14 days of your initial appointment. Any notification after this period will not be eligible for a re-do or refund.

Re-dos must be scheduled within 7 days of notification of unsatisfactory service.

​

For a Refund, you MUST make an assessment appointment within 48 hours of notification of unsatisfaction to establish refundability.

​

Refunds and re-dos will NOT be given for the following:

  • Regrowth

  • Fading due to heat, chlorine, saltwater, frequent washing and/or improper product usage

  • ANY kind of fading of vivid colors due to washing, using heat, etc. It's what they do!

  • After an at-home or another stylists’ attempt to fix

Any processing fees or tips will not be refunded.
